The Board of Education of Fairfield Community High School District #225 met in the district office for a special session on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 5:00 P.M. for the purpose of round table discussion on Phase II of the Life Health Safety projects (Athletic Complex). The following members answered to roll call:
Carter, Jeremy Present McDuffee, J. C. Present
Conrad, Tony Present Merkle, Scott Present
Ellis, Brent Absent Miller, Chris Present
Gilbert, Dana Present
Also in attendance were: Jill Fulkerson, Superintendent/Principal; Michael McGuire, Baysinger Architects; Jeff Heisner, Director of Maintenace; Robert Wells, Assistant Principal/Athletic Director and Justin Townsend, Head Football Coach.
Tony Conrad left the meeting at 7:23 P.M.
Motion by Scott Merkle, seconded by J. C. McDuffee to adjourn at 7:26 P.M.
