Chief of Police, Jason Carter, seeking permission to hire a Police Officer for replacement of a retiring officer.
Possible approval to purchase a new Terex Hi-Ranger TL-48 mounted on a new 2023/2024 International CV 515 4×4 truck for $225,000.00 from Scott Powerline & Utility Equipment using Sourcewell (state bidding company).
Pay request to Brown and Roberts, Inc. in the amount of $15,114.96 for DCEO Grant Administration of the Hillsdale Area Water Project.

Closed Session to discuss personnel and property issues with no action to follow.
