CONSENT AGENDA 

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of December, 2022. Salaries: $8,610.00 Fringes: $883.56 and Insurance: $1,331.86 Unemployment $0.00.

2. Accept check # ___________ in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of December 2022. Special Note: This check will come a few days after our board meeting each month now due to the change in the McLeansboro City Council meeting schedule for 2023. We may consider removing it from the consent agenda going forward. 

3. Accept check # 35024 in the amount of $150.00, #35108 in the amount of $800.00, and #35131 in the amount of $223.75 from UCCI for the refund of 2022 membership dues, quarter 4 meeting attendance, and mileage reimbursements.

4. Accept check # 6007726 in the amount of $164,788.72 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC for the product of lease dated 11/1/2008.

5. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $50,699.73 and the 2nd Quarter report by Dr. Beth Rister, ROE Dist. #20 Superintendent.

6. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $50,960.50. This is liability MO- Oct 2022, Collected MO- Nov 2022 Vouchered MO- Jan 2023.

NEW BUSINESS: 

1. Discussion and possible approval: The University of Illinois Extension payment request in the amount of $25,000.00 for the FY23 agreement as presented by Director Angela Messmer.

2. Discussion and possible approval: The drafted 5-year lease agreement for Courthouse office space from the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts (1/1/2023 through 12/31/2027).

3. Discussion and possible approval: The IRS mileage reimbursement rate for 2023 in the amount of 65.5 cents.

4. Discussion and possible approval: To reevaluate the current Courthouse IT contract with Kunce Computers and to allow additional bids for this service.

5. Discussion and possible approval: the Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.

HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION 

6. Discussion and possible approval: Engineering Services Agreement for the Rail Safety Project @ 600 E and 1600 N with Round Table Design for $6,400.00.

8. Discussion and possible approval: Permission to seek bids for the removal of the office and awning on the south side of the County Highway main building (Webb Oil property).

9. Discussion and possible approval: Permission to seek bids for the remodel of the existing breakroom and restroom in the Shop/Big Barn of the County Highway property (Webb Oil property).

10. Discussion and possible approval: To hold the County Highway Department meetings in the Courtroom.
