CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of January 2024. Salaries: $9,213.00 Fringes: $965.03 Insurance: $1199.81 Unemployment: $268.10.

2. Accept check # 7859 in the amount of $285.00 from the Hamilton County Health Department for reimbursement of Kunce Managed Services through the end of February 2024.

3. Accept check # 6009163 in the amount of $1,133,742.55 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC for the product of leases dated 12/01/2007 and 11/01/2008.

4. Accept check # 45312 in the amount of $4,166.67 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of January 2024.

5. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $52,234.17.

6. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $52,501.11. This is liability MO- Nov 2023, Collected MO- Dec 2023 Vouchered MO- Feb 2024.

7. Approve the 6th Amended Resolution for Liquor Control.

8. Accept check # _________ in the amount of $1,750.00 and issue Class A Liquor License to Patricia Irvin, D/B/A Patti’s Place for a (7) month period to be effective April 1, 2024 and expire on October 31, 2024.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2024-02-01 pertaining to an amended Hamilton County Employee Policy Manual in accordance with the Paid Leave For All Workers Act.

2. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2024-02-02 pertaining to the MABAS agreement for the Hamilton County EMA.

3. Discussion and possible approval: To change the March Meeting date for the Hamilton County Board Meeting and Highway Committee Meeting to Monday, March 18th due to the 2024 General Primary Election.

4. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Beth Sandusky for a donation of $5,000 from the ARPA fund for the Kiwanis Solar Eclipse Festival.

5. Discussion and possible approval: The Claims List, Late Claims, and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.

HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION

6. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2024-02-03 pertaining to material proposals for the 2024 County MFT Program.

7. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2024-02-04 pertaining to material proposals for the 2024 Road District MFT Program.

8. Discussion and possible approval: Resolution #2024-02-05 pertaining to the bid acceptance on the Mayberry Township Bridge.

APPOINTMENTS

9. Approve the appointment of Adam Johnson to the Hamilton County ETSB Board for a (3) year term to expire January 30, 2027.

10. Approve the re-appointment of Donna Morris to the Hamilton County Housing Authority Board of Directors for a (5) year term to expire February 28, 2029.

11. Approve the re-appointment of Glenn Miller to the Southeastern Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission for a (3) year term to expire February 20, 2027.
