City of McLeansboro Township Board met Feb. 10.

The regular monthly meeting of the McLeansboro Township Board was held on Feb. 10, 2026 at the Township building located at 105 Carpenter Street. There were no public
comments. Minutes of the Previous Meeting
The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Clydus Gray who asked for the reading of the January 2026 minutes. A motion was made by Becky Cross and seconded by Kyle Ingram to approve the minutes, as written. Motion carried. Old Business:
There was no old business to discuss. New Business
– Economic Interest Forms: Richard Woods reported that the previous manually completed Economic Interest Forms have been discontinued by the State and, in the future, these
documents will be completed on-line. To individually access the portal required to enter any required information, a personal e-mail address will be needed. Richard said he would forward the emails, not already submitted, to the County Clerk’s office. – Monthly Payroll: Eva Lynn Gray said that Quick Books is now charging a fee for each
individual on the Township payroll. This fee, in total, will amount to approximately $39.00per
month. Supervisor Gray asked Eva Lynn to see if there is any other program available that
would satisfy our needs as other fees may be added in the future. Monthly Claims: – Road and Bridge Fund, Building and Equipment Fund and Permanent Road Fund claims were presented to the Board for review. Motion was made by Kyle Ingram and seconded by Becky Cross to pay those bills. Motion carried. – Town Fund and Social Security Fund claims were also presented to the Board. Motion by Becky Cross and seconded by Kyle Ingram to pay those bills. Motion also carried.
With no other business to conduct, a motion to adjourn was made by Becky Cross and seconded by Kyle Ingram. Motion carried.
