City of McLeansboro Township Board met Jan. 13.

Here are the minutes provided by the board:

On January 13, 2026, the regular monthly meeting of the McLeansboro Township Board was called to order by Supervisor Clydus Gray. The meeting was held at the local Township building.

Minutes of the Previous Meeting

As requested by the Supervisor, minutes from the December 2025 meeting were read by the Clerk. As no questions or corrections were made to those minutes, a motion to approve them, as written, was made by Becky Cross and seconded by Laura Renn. Motion carried.

Old/New Business:

There was no old or new business to discuss.

Monthly Claims: Road and Bridge Fund, Building and Equipment Fund and Permanent Road Fund claims were presented for review. Motion by Kyle Ingram and seconded by Becky Cross to pay those bills. Motion carried.

Town Fund and Social Security Fund claims were also presented to the Board. Motion by Laura Renn and seconded by Becky Cross to pay those bills. Motion carried.

As there was no further business to conduct, a motion to adjourn was made by Becky Cross and seconded by Kyle Ingram. Motion carried.
