o An Ordinance 2133 providing for the issuance of $3,500,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2025A, of the City for the purpose of paying the cost to repair and renovate the Mount Carmel City Pool, demolish the existing bath house and build and equip a new bath house at said pool, within the boundaries of the City and for the payment of the expenses incident thereto, providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax sufficient for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereofÂ
