o Approve bid for ground work at municipal pool

o An Ordinance 2133 providing for the issuance of $3,500,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2025A, of the City for the purpose of paying the cost to repair and renovate the Mount Carmel City Pool, demolish the existing bath house and build and equip a new bath house at said pool, within the boundaries of the City and for the payment of the expenses incident thereto, providing for the levy and collection of a direct annual tax sufficient for the payment of the principal of and interest on said bonds, and authorizing the sale of said bonds to the purchaser thereof 

o An Ordinance 2134 authorizing and providing for an Installment Purchase Agreement for the purpose of paying the cost of purchasing real or personal property, or both, in and for the City and for the issue of not to exceed $6,000,000 General Obligation Debt Certificates (Limited Tax), Series 2025B, of said City evidencing the rights to payment under said Agreement, providing for the security for and means of payment under said Agreement of said Certificates, and authorizing the sale of said Certificates to the purchaser thereof
