The first regular meeting of the month of April of the Board of Education of Community Unit School District 200, DuPage County, Illinois, will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Longfellow Elementary School, 311 West Seminary Ave., Wheaton, IL. The agenda can be found at https://cusd200public.ic-board.com. Per Board Policy 2:230, the time allocated for each person to speak during public comment may be shortened to two minutes to provide the maximum number of people an opportunity to speak. We kindly ask that all visitors to school property review Board Policy 8:30, Visitors to and Conduct on School Property, prior to attending the meeting. An executive session will be held following the meeting for the purpose of discussing The Appointment, Employment, Compensation, Discipline, Performance, or Dismissal of Specific Employees, Specific Individuals who Serve as Independent Contractors in a Park, Recreational, or Educational Setting, or Specific Volunteers of the Public Body or Legal Counsel for the Public Body, including Hearing Testimony on a Complaint Lodged Against an Employee, a Specific Individual who Serves as an Independent Contractor in a Park, Recreational, or Educational Setting, or a Volunteer of the Public Body or Against Legal Counsel for the Public Body to Determine its Validity 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(1) and Collective Negotiating Matters Between the Public Body and its Employees or Their Representatives, or Deliberations Concerning Salary Schedules for One or More Classes of Employees 5 ILCS 120/2 (c)(2). No action is expected following the Closed Session.
