CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of March, 2025. Salaries: $9,228.66 Fringes: $991.31 Insurance: $1,199.81, Unemployment: $186.27.

2. Accept check # 6011399 in the amount of $499,914.90 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC for the product of lease dated 11/01/2008.

3. Accept check # 47002 in the amount of $5,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching Agreement for the month of April 2025.

4. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $46,158.64.

5. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $46,399.79. This is liability MO- Jan 2025, Collected MO- Feb 2025, Vouchered MO- April 2025.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: Assignment and Assumption of Lease Agreement from the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts to the Office of Statewide Pretrial Services. (Original 5-year lease agreement for Courthouse office space dated 1/1/2023 through 12/31/2027).

2. Discussion and possible approval: Letter of Commitment for the Discover Downstate Illinois Tourism in the amount of ____________ to be taken out of #_________.

3. Discussion and possible approval: The proposal from healthEZ for third-party administration of the County’s Health Insurance plan.

4. Discussion and possible approval: The Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.

5. Discussion and possible approval: The appointment of Jamie Scherrer to Saline Valley Conservancy District.

6. Approve the appointment of Landon Vaughan to the Hamilton County Emergency Telecommunication Switch Board to replace Kelly Woodrow and fill the remaining (1) year term expiring on January 30, 2026.

7. Approve the re-appointment of Dr. Alec Hood to the Hamilton County Board of Health for a (3) year term to expire April 30, 2028.
