CONSENT AGENDA
1. Accept check #48151 in the amount of $5,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of February 2026.
2. Accept check # 6012790 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $49,889.43 for the product of lease dated 12/01/2007 and 11/01/2008.
3. Review the 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $60,533.75.
4. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $60,508.00. This is liability MO- Nov 2025, Collected MO- Dec 2025 Vouchered MO- Feb 2026.

APPOINTMENTS
7. Approve the re-appointment of Roger Swartz to the Hamilton County Housing Authority Board for a (5) year term to expire February 28, 2031.
8. Approve the appointment of B.J. Johnson to the Hamilton Memorial Hospital Board to replace Greg Muehlenbein for a remaining (3) year term to expire June 30, 2028.
9. Approve the appointment of ___________________ to the Southeastern Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission Board to replace Glenn Miller for a remaining (3) year term to expire February 20, 2027.
