CONSENT AGENDA

1. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of June, 2025. Salaries: $9,444.16 Fringes: $1014.27 Insurance: $1,199.81

2. Accept check # 47354 in the amount of $5,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement for the month of July 2025.

3. Accept check # 6011697 from Hamilton County Coal, LLC in the amount of $620,159.90 for the product of lease dated 11/01/2008.

4. Accept check #AC7040767 in the amount of $20,126.00 from the State of Illinois in accordance with the FY2025 Voting Registration System Grant with the State Board of Elections.

5. Approve the FY25 second quarter claim in the amount of $5,549.42 and quarterly report submitted by Dr. Beth Rister, ROE District #20 Superintendent.

6. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule in the amount of $56,781.77.

7. Review the Hamilton County Public Safety Tax Payment received in the amount of $57,072.18. This is liability MO- April 2025, Collected MO- May 2025, Vouchered MO- July 2025.

1. Discussion and possible action: Courthouse bathroom renovations.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Discussion and possible approval: The request from Southern 14 Workforce Investment Board to make a decision to approve or disapprove of their PY25 Allocated Funding Submission. Presentation by Pam Barbee and Amy Seidel.

2. Discussion and possible approval: Ordinance #2025-07-01 amending the Hamilton County Budget for FY25.

3. Discussion and possible approval: Co-funding Independence Day Firework programs within the County.

4. Discussion and possible approval: The request from HealthEZ to update the County Health Insurance Plan in accordance with Illinois Statute.

5. Discussion and possible approval: the Claims List, Late Claims and Highway Claims with signatures of approval.

APPOINTMENTS

6. Approve the appointment of John Mead to the County Highway Committee to replace John Carrell.

Reminder: From John Chapman- Invitation to all Elected Officials and their spouses or guests to attend the Southeastern Illinois Regional Planning & Development Commission’s meeting hosted jointly by the City of McLeansboro and the County of Hamilton. The meeting will be held at the Big Red Barn in McLeansboro on July 16, 2025. Meal will begin at 6:00 p.m. with meeting to follow.
