SPECIAL BOARD MEETING MINUTES
A special meeting of the Jasper School Board of Education for the hearing was called to order by President Josh Zurliene and Beth Titzer taking the minutes, on July 1, 2025 at 5:25 p.m. with following board members present:
Board Members Present: Justin Atwood, Jarad Blanton, Caitlin Glisson, Wesley Legg, Beth Titzer & Josh Zurliene
Board Members Absent: Shawn Otey
A motion was made by Justin Atwood and seconded by Josh Zurliene to approve moving into executive closed session at 5:26 p.m. in accordance with school board policy 2:220-E2 items #1, the appointment, employment compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District (5ILCS 120/2a). The votes were as follows:

Caitlin Glisson –yes Josh Zurliene-yes
Wesley Legg-yes
A motion was made by Josh Zurliene and seconded by Beth Titzer to approve moving out of executive closed session at 6:41 p.m. The votes were as follows:

A motion was made by Caitlin Glisson and seconded by Wesley Legg to approve executive session minutes as recorded. The votes were as follows:
