On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Mt. Carmel High School standout Selby Patberg’s current college team, the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Illinois State Redbirds.

The game took place at Jim Frost Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Redbirds this season.

The Redhawks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 11:30 a.m. at Jim Frost Stadium against Chattanooga Mocs.
