Workers’ Compensation Commission Arbitrators conduct judicial hearings, render awards and decisions, and approve settlement contracts in accordance with statutory requirements of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Diseases Acts.
The Canons of the Code of Judicial Conduct as adopted by the Supreme Court of Illinois govern the hearing and non-hearing conduct of arbitrators.
