There was one offender released on parole during 2019 that lives in Allendale zip code 62410, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by SE Illinois News.
The data shows that the released offender was Ruby A. Wade. She was convicted of a crime involving drugs in 2017, when he was 46. She is now 49.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
