Concealed carry courses will be offered this fall at Southeastern Illinois College.
The courses are for those in Illinois and Utah who wish to obtain their concealed carry permit. Classes will be offered in an eight-hour format, as well as a 16-hour format for Illinois participants. A four-hour course is offered for Utah concealed carry permits.
SIC’s Illinois and Utah concealed carry classes provide participants with information needed to apply for the concealed carry permit for the appropriate state. Course instructors will cover material such as gun safety and state laws, with an opportunity for participants to learn and ask questions.
Classes will begin in October, with a second round of courses offered in December. Those interested in participating can find more information at www.sic.edu/ilcc or www.sic.edu/utahcc.
