Southern Illinois' Brooke Cusamano topped the individual scoreboard at the two-day Loyola Fall Invitational, which ran Sept. 19-20 in Flossmoor, siusalukis.com reports.
Cusamano shot a 76 in the final round for a three-round total of 232, which edged Loyola's Morgan Brown by one stroke to claim the medalist honor, LoyolaRamblers.com reports.
Cusamano had finished second in each of the two meets prior to the Loyola Fall Invitational, and her win there was the second of her career at SIU, the school's website reports.
The Salukis' Sun Jung was also in the top 10 for the tourney, finishing ninth at 243. Kristie Yang was tied for 13th at 247, Alice Ho tied for 19th at 250 and Hanna Netisingha was 21st at 251.
As a team, Southern Illinois finished third in the eight-team field with a score of 968. Butler was first at 963, winning a tiebreaker with runner-up Loyola.
