SUMMARY OF ILLINOIS RACING BOARD MEETING October 19, 2016 Chicago, Illinois 1. The Board approved a request submitted by En Fuego OBT, LLC for an occupation license to operate as a concessionaire at 17W648 22nd Street, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois conditioned upon satisfactory results of the criminal background check of Jose Fernandez, Jr. 2. The Board approved a request by Hawthorne Race Course Inc. for an intertrack wagering location (OTB) license at 1304 Cross Creek Drive, Normal, Illinois. 3. The Board approved the initiate of rulemaking to amend the following sections of the Illinois Racing Board rules: 415.10; 1305.110; 1306.130; 1424.90; and 1428.30. 4. The Board approved the September 27, 2016 meeting minutes.
