Carmi Chamber of Commerce to offer college scholarship to lucky high school senior

The Carmi Chamber of Commerce in Carmi, Illinois, is offering a $500 college scholarship to high school seniors entering college in the fall.

The deadline to apply is March 22.

Carmi White County High School, church and homeschooled seniors living in the county are eligible to apply. To apply, students should contact their guidance counselor or call the Chamber.

The money for the scholarship is from the Chamber’s golf tournament, which will be June 24. For more information on the scholarship or golf tournament, call the Chamber at 618-382-7606.
