General Purpose for the Meeting: Review sub-initiative development for the 2017-2022
Strategic Plan
Meeting Notes/Tasks Accomplished:
• The six major initiatives sub-initiative developments were presented and
reviewed by the respective committee members
• Each area was discussed in depth and several items were combined since
they were redundant or would fit into other areas
• It was emphasized that we need to always be able to respond with
evidence and stay “data driven”
• Always be able to explain “what is your rationale?”
Challenges and Assignments:
• Respective sub-initiative committees will make the changes that were
discussed and the sub-initiatives will be placed in the operational plans
• The sub-initiatives will be go to the Board of Trustees for review and
approval
