December 8th, 2016
Present : Trustees- Walter Baker, Sheila Baird, Janet Davis, Mike Vessell and Jeff Campbell, Bookkeeper- Patsy Simpson and Library Director Felicia Murray
Absent : Trustees- Susan Justice and Bob Barker
President Sheila Baird opened the meeting at 5:03 PM
Public Citizenry : None
The minutes of the previous were read and approved as presented.
Bookkeeper Patsy Simpson presented the treasurer’s report. There were no outstanding issues. Mike Vessell made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report and to pay the bills, with Walter seconding the motion. The treasurer’s report was approved. All trustees present voted aye with a roll call vote.
Library Director presented the Librarian’s report. There were 2674 items circulated last month for a year to date total of 13,683. There were 280 e-items circulated last month( 252 3M,8 Zinio) for a year to date total of 1344. There were 621 loaned items and 400 borrowed items last month, with 12 in-state loans and 0 out of state. Patrons registered last month amounted to 31 with a year to date total of 5606. Computer usage was 544 for last month with a year to date total of 2833. Total receipts amounted to $17829.76 with $13,717.74 from Saline Co. and $2507.76 from Hamilton Co.

New Business
Audit Review : The audit review was completed. Janet Davis made a motion to accept with Jeff Campbell voting second. The audit review was approved by all trustees present with a roll call vote.
Local Reimbursement Resolution : An updated local reimbursement resolution was approved with a motion made by Mike Vessell and seconded by Walter Baker. All present voted aye with a roll call vote.
Staff Christmas Bonuses : Christmas bonuses were given to the library staff with a motion made by Jeff Campbell and seconded by Janet Davis. All present voted aye with a roll call vote.
