White County Board met April 28.
Here is the minutes as provided by the Board:
A special meeting of the White County Board begun and holden this 28th day of April 2016 in the
Courtroom of the White County Courthouse in the City of Carmi.
Chairman Trout called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
Clerk Dozier called the roll with Dosher, Ray, Usery, Puckett and Trout all present.
Mr. Usery made a motion to go into Executive Session to discuss personnel of the Ambulance
Service. Motion seconded by Dosher. Motion carried 5-0 on roll call vote.
Mr. Usery made a motion to come out of Executive Session, seconded by Dosher. Motion
carried 5-0 on roll call vote.
Mr. Dosher made a motion to confirm Adam Allen as an Interim Director of the White County
Ambulance Service seconded by Usery. Motion carried 5-0 on roll call vote.
Mr. Dosher made a motion to compensate Mr. Allen $500.00 a month for his additional duties
as Interim Director, seconded by Usery. Motion carried 5-0 on roll call vote.
Mr. Usery made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Dosher. Motion carried 5-0 on roll call vote.
