Benton Public Library District Board of Trustees met April 20.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
The meeting was called to order by President Sue Wells to consider bids on services that qualify for e-rate discounts.
Those in attendance were as follows: Board members Stephanie Hart, Doris Heaton, Kathy Storey and Sue Wells. Also in attendance were Director Susan Stickel, Staff Member Joe Devillez and Pat Hollada.
After consideration of bids received all were in favor of combining all three services which will increase internet speed and be cost saving. Doris Heaton made the motion, Stephanie Hart seconded to consolidate the phone, bandwidth and internet service beginning July 1, 2017 with Clearwave.
No public comment.
