City of Carmi City Council met July 5.

Ordinance 1528: An ordinance approving TIF#2 redevelopment agreement #4 between the City of Carmi and Carmi Elks Lodge.

7. Business or comments from visitors.
8. Closed Session to discuss personnel and property issues with no action to follow.
