Marion-area residents looking to boost their leadership skills are being invited to a Live2Lead training session meant to provide new perspectives and tools for managers and others in the business world, according to the Marion Chamber of Commerce.
Author and leadership coach John Maxwell, personal money-management expert and author Dave Ramsey, the former Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen CEO Cheryl Bachelder and former NFL running back Warrick Dunn will offer their expertise during the Oct. 6 event at the John A. Logan College theater.
The event is sponsored by Heartland Regional Medical Center. Registration begins at 7 a.m., with the event starting at 8 a.m. The event is simulcast to hundreds of host sites worldwide, but this is the first Live2Lead is coming to the region.
