Chuck Peck took the oath of office administered by Stacey Reames.
Motion by Kevin and second by Danny to go into closed session to discuss the appointment,
employment, compensation, discipline, performance or dismissal of the public body. 5 ILCS
120/2 (c) (1) and Litigation against or affecting the public body that is pending before a court or
administrative tribunal or when the public body finds out that an action is imminent. 5 ILCS
120/2 (c) (11)
All voted yes.

Resumed regular meeting at 9:25
Motion by Chuck and second by Kevin to offer Terri Waddell the position of Principal for 3
years with a salary of $75,000 and begin on July 27, 2017.
