Eldorado Memorial Public Library Board met July 13.

Minutes of The Board of Trustees : July 13th 2017
Present : Trustees-Jeff Campbell, Walter Baker, Bob Barker, Sheila Baird, Janet Davis, Mike Vessell, Susan Justice, Bookkeeper-Patsy Simpson and Assistant Library Director-Miriam Richardson
Absent : Library Director Felicia Murray
Public Citizenry : None
President Sheila Baird called the meeting to order at 5:03 PM
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as presented, with one minor correction.
Bob Barker presented the treasurer’s report. There were no issues. Mr. Barker made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report and to pay the bills. Susan Justice seconded the motion. All voted aye with a roll call vote.
Miriam Richardson presented the librarian’s report. Circulation for the previous month was 2988 with a year to date total of 32577. E- resources totaled 252 including 244 3-M items and 8 Zinio items. Interlibrary loans consisted of 403 loaned items and 641 borrowed items. There were 17 instate and 0 out of state loans. There were 24 new patrons registered for a total of 3715. Computer users totaled 565 for the month and 6419 for the year to date. Total receipts were $767. 00 for the month.
Old Business :
Flood Plain : Felicia Murray called a contractor about raising the ac unit, but he has not called her back.

New Business :
Secretary Board Minutes Audit : Trustees Susan Justice and Janet Davis have agreed to audit the minutes for the past year.
ALA Report : Tabled until next meeting
ALA and YALSA Individual Memberships : Tabled until next meeting
GALE Databases : The databases have been renewed with 2 of them being changed.
Zinio : The subscription has not been renewed
Budget Committee Meeting : The budget committee will meet on August 3rd at 5:00 PM
