The meeting was called to order by Vice-President Morris Mott with the following members present: Jason Taylor, Matt Johnson, John Summers - absent, David Allbritten, Ken Wiggs, Kimberly Shoemaker, Superintendent Joshua Stafford. No visitors.
Motion made by Wiggs seconded by Johnson to approve minutes from July 17", 2017 Board Meeting, August 11, 2017 Special Bd. Mtg. and keep closed session minutes closed per the semi-annual review. Roll Call: All Yes

Motion made by Johnson seconded by Taylor to approve the expulsion agreement of Student Number 2018-1 from Vienna High School. In the event the student complies with the terms of the Waiver of Expulsion Hearing Rights Agreement, the student will be permitted to return to VHS.
