The Beaver Creek Township Board held a special meeting on Monday, October 2, 2017 at 10:00 am. Board members present: Van Nuck, Hartman, Meisner, Raybuck and Little was one the phone.

The purpose of the meeting was to appoint a new member to the Planning Commission.
The Supervisor reported names of those who have told her that they would like to be on this committee: Bill Morrow, Tim Lobsinger, Howard Taylor, Callie Nowlin, Robert Woodland.
Motion by Meisner and seconded by Van Nuck to appoint Robert Woodland to the Planning Commission Board, effective immediately, to fill out the term of Mario Garnett. Roll call vote with all ayes, motion Carried.
Motion by Van Nuck and seconded by Hartman to adjourn at 10:15 am.
