Fairfield Memorial Hospital issued the following announcement on June 18.
Fairfield Memorial Hospital is changing its current vendor for our patients on a payment plan or in collections. While currently this agency is CACi, effective 7/1/18, Wakefield & Associates will be the agency used by Fairfield Memorial Hospital.
Patients should notice little to no difference in the statements they receive. We feel this change will provide for better customer service. If you receive a letter from Wakefield & Associates, it does not mean you have been sent to collections. They may be contacting you to set up payment arrangements for your outstanding account balance.
For any questions or concerns regarding this change, please contact our Business Office, which is open from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday. You can also reach the Business Office directly at 618-847-8467.
