The New Hope Board of Education met on May 15, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the work room of the school.
President Jason Simpson called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.

Mrs. Harrelson presented the Superintendent’s Report; PTO meeting was held last night. They have voted to give each teacher $400 for classroom supplies, give towards the purchase of a beverage cooler and pretzel warmer to be used at ballgames, basketball goals for outside, picnic table, and to ask Mrs. Barbre if she has a need for anything. Sports banquet profited $2,100 for the Sports Boosters. WOVSED/WOVEA have reached an agreement. The agreement will go to the governing board for approval. We have requested fuel bids in the past with no response with the exception of Meyer Oil. Board agreed to not request bids and to continue service with Meyer Oil. Graduation is Friday, May 18th at 7:00 p.m.
