Elm River Township Board met March 7.
Here is the minutes as provided by the board:
The special meeting of the Elm River Township was called to order at 6:00 pm by Supervisor Reynolds. Members present: Supervisor Reynolds, Treasurer Reynolds, Trustee Trudgeon, Trustee Saari, and Clerk Brandt.
Approval of Agenda: Motion to approve the agenda C Reynolds/S Brandt
New Business: Budget Amendments Ten (10) amendments need to be approved compared to 66 last year. Streets lights, garbage, and road maintenance. Motion to approve the amendments S Brandt/R Trudgeon all vote aye.
Budget for 2018-2019 added $3,000 to other services for all and have $10,000 building improvements which are needed. Not much change from the last budget as we didn’t have to make as many amendments. Look it over as see what we might need to add for the next meeting.
