Other Information Needed For Registration:
Insurance is required to participate in any school-sanctioned sports, IHSA activities, Auto, Industrial Arts, and Ag classes. Insurance should be obtained through your local agent. The following insurance information is needed at the time of registration: Company Name, Policy number or IPA number.
Names and telephone numbers of contact people if parents cannot be reached in an emergency. Please make sure information is current.
Kindergarten students or new students to the district need to provide a copy of their OFFICIAL Birth Certificate (not hospital copy) if school doesn’t already have a copy.
Proof of residency is required, if residency is unknown, a current tax bill along with a utility bill will be required for verification purposes. Registration cannot be completed until residency in Edwards County School District has been determined and meets Illinois School Code requirements.
Free / Reduced Lunch Applications will be available at registration.
