School discipline: Which SE Illinois districts reported the most students transferred for disciplinary reasons?

Edwards County Community Unit School District 1 and Eldorado Community Unit School District 4 reported the highest rate of students transferred for disciplinary reasons during the 2016-17 school year in SE Illinois, according to the latest report from the Illinois State Board of Education.

In this analysis, the incident rate is calculated by dividing the number of incidents by district enrollment.
