Rhonda Clark made a motion to approve the June 19, 2018 regular meeting minutes with no corrections noted. Second by Derek Smothers.

Superintendent Julie Harrelson presented the Treasurer’s Report and current financial information. Bank balances as of June 30, 2018.
Fairfield National Bank Checking: $863,508.80
IPTIP: $911.64
Fairfield National Bank Money Market: $745,135.05
Derek Smothers made a motion to accept the treasurer’s report. Second by Ryan Duckworth.

No committee reports given. Mrs. Harrelson suggested to the board that the Policy and Personnel committee meet.
Mrs. Harrelson presented the Superintendent’s Report; Fiscal year 2018 expenditure and revenue report comparison shows the district finished under budget on expenses and received more revenue than expected. Registration is July 25 th 10:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. For the past couple of years the district has purchased student accident insurance on behalf of our students. Due to lack of use and difficulty submitting claims, the board agreed to not renew that service and just offer it to parents at registration. PARCC scores show New Hope students are up in English and down in Math. It is advised that the district look at updating our current Math curriculum. Mrs. Harrelson will be on vacation for 2 weeks starting July 29 th.

2. Nate Carter made a motion to authorize superintendent to display FY19 tentative budget.
