Do you have a family member or know anyone struggling with dementia? Do you believe they would benefit from speaking with individuals first hand; experienced with dementia? Come join Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre the second Thursday of every month for Dementia Dialogues. Together, we will help you through the dementia process with different topics each month, facilitated by our very own Memory Care Facilitator, Darah Jones.
