Republican Dale Fowler has been declared the winner in the 59th Senate District race against Democrat Steve Webb.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Fowler had 61 percent of the vote with a total of 50,172 votes.
Webb received 39 percent of the vote with a total of 31,726 votes.
