How did Dale Fowler spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Dale Fowler's election campaign committee, Fowler for Senate, spent $4,451 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Fowler's committee spent the most on computer software in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,304) going to NationBuilder in Los Angeles. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Fowler's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
