How did Dale Fowler spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Dale Fowler's election campaign committee, Fowler for Senate, spent $3,732 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Fowler's committee spent the most on contractual expenses in the quarter, with all those payments ($1,000) going to Brooklyn Beckham in Eldorado. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Fowler's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
