Harrisburg City Council met April 30.
Here is the minutes provided by the council:
Mayor John McPeek presided over the meeting with Commissioners Raymond Gunning, Roger Angelly, Rupert Johnson and Ron Morse answering roll call.
Roger Angelly mad the motion to approve the Budget FY 2019-2020. Seconded by Ron Morse. A roll call vote was taken with all voting yes. Motion carried.
David B. Cox, Treasurer stated there were no line items transferred that needed to be made. Ron Morse made the motion to accept no year-end budget adjustments. Seconded by Roger Angelly. A roll call vote was taken with all voting yes. Motion carried.
Raymond Gunning made the motion to approve the Check Register and Warrant Report for April 2019. Seconded by Rupert Johnson. A roll call vote was taken with all voting yes. Motion carried.
Ron Morse made the motion to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Roger Angelly. A roll call vote was taken with all voting yes. Motion carried.
