Frontier Community Community College issued the following announcement on June 6.
Congratulations to Hunter Doty! He is the recipient of the Blackmer Scholarship, which awards one year of tuition at Frontier Community College. Presenting the award is Lori Noe, Coordinator of Financial Aid.
This scholarship was established in honor of Wayne and Helen Blackmer, who intilled the importance of education in their children.
