Sylvia L. Lynch, 67, of Olney, Illinois, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at her son’s home in Mount Carmel surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on October 18, 1951 in Mount Carmel, the daughter of Derwood and Mable (Sisk) Walls. Sylvia married Jim Lynch on August 14, 1993 and he preceded her in death on May 12, 2014.
