The regular meeting of the Jasper School Board of Education was called to order by Board President Derek Demaret and Beth Titzer taking the minutes, on June 20, 2019, at 6:00 p.m. with following board members present:
Board Members Present: Derek Demaret, Rennie Cates, Lance Hinkle, Andrew Weaver & Beth Titzer
Board Members Absent: Lachelle Thompson & Chris Barbre
The consent agenda, which includes minutes of previous regular board meeting, executive session, bills and payrolls were then approved on a motion by Rennie Cates and seconded by Andrew Weaver. The votes were as follows:

Lachelle Thompson –absent Andrew Weaver – yes
Rennie Cates – yes Beth Titzer – yes

A motion was made by Lance Hinkle and seconded by Rennie Cates to award fuel bid for the FY2020 year to Wabash Valley FS at a firm price of gasoline at 2.07 per gallon and diesel at 2.39 per gallon. The votes were as follows:

A motion was made by Rennie Cates and seconded by Lance Hinkle to award propane bid for the FY2020 year to Wabash Valley FS at a firm price of.954. The votes were as follows:

A motion was made by Lance Hinkle and seconded by Rennie Cates to accept insurance renewals for FY 20. The votes were as follows:

A motion was made by Beth Titzer and seconded by Rennie Cates to accept handbook committee revisions for FY20 for the first reading. The votes were as follows:

A motion was made by Lance Hinkle and seconded by Beth Titzer to employ Casey Scott as Paraprofessional Library Aide. The votes were as follows:
