City of Carmi City Council met Oct. 1.

Approve September 17, 2019, Council Meeting Minutes.
Amy McCarthy, U of I Extension representative, to discuss the Gift Garden.
For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
A. Possible closing of Cherry Street from Walnut Street to Main Cross for Trunk or Treat.
B. Accept and award bids for unused equipment: Case IH C 100 tractor.
C. David Coston, Electrical Engineer, to discuss plans to move forward with the power plant.
