City of Carmi City Council met Nov. 19.

Approve November 5, 2019, Council Meeting Minutes.
Approve October 2019 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
Approve and authorize November 2019 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.

Ordinance #1553: An ordinance for the levy and assessment of property tax by the City of Carmi for the fiscal year commencing the 1st day of January 2019 and ending on the 31st day of December 2019 (For the 5% increase).
Ordinance #1554: An ordinance abating the 2019 tax levy for the payment of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois General Obligation Bonds, Series 2011A (for the 5% increase).
Ordinance #1555: An ordinance abating the 2019 tax levy for the payment of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois General Obligation Bonds, Series 2011B (for the 5% increase).
Ordinance #1556: An ordinance for the levy and assessment of property tax by the City of Carmi for the fiscal year commencing the 1st day of January 2019 and ending on the 31st day of December 2019 (For the 15% increase).
Ordinance #1557: An ordinance abating the 2019 tax levy for the payment of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois General Obligation Bonds, Series 2011A (for the 15% increase).
Ordinance #1558: An ordinance abating the 2019 tax levy for the payment of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois General Obligation Bonds, Series 2011B (for the 15% increase).
Ordinance #1559: An ordinance for the levy and assessment of property tax by the City of Carmi for the fiscal year commencing the 1st day of January 2019 and ending on the 31st day of December 2019 (for the 25% increase).
Ordinance #1560: An ordinance abating the 2019 tax levy for the payment of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois General Obligation Bonds, Series 2011A (for the 25% increase).
Ordinance #1561: An ordinance abating the 2019 tax levy for the payment of the City of Carmi, White County, Illinois General Obligation Bonds, Series 2011B (for the 25% increase).
Pay request to White Technologies Inc. in the amount of $74,500 for the sludge bed CGBD grant.
David Coston, Electrical Engineer, to discuss engine #11.
