a. ICC 600E/1600N Rail Safety Project
i. Updating the Environmental Review, working on Preliminary Plan and ROW plan.
b. Multi-Year Improvements:
i. Phase I (Miller Store / Army Navy):
1. Construction is complete. ROW has been seeded and strawed.
2. Two Items on Board Mtg Agenda. Res 2019-23 is the USDA Loan Resolution and Ordinance 07-2019 is the bonding ordinance.
3. Getting culvert inventory together for Phase
II. Energy Culvert will hold their price if we get them before the end of 2019.
c. New Grader: Grader will be delivered by Tuesday 11/19. The Rental Agreement will be made at time of delivery with payment due in 30 days. We’ll pay it at the December Board meeting.
d. Resolution to repay $40k Culvert and Bridge intergovernmental loan.
e. Resolution to transfer funds to the Federal Aid Matching Tax Fund. We received a letter from IDOT that the 2017 FA Matching tax was less than the minimum.045% levy and we would need to transfer $2800 to this account before 11/30/19 to receive our State Matching Assistance appr. $100,000.
f. E911 signs:
i. Finishing paperwork on RD road project and had two IDOT audits in the last month. We’ve not had time to work on signs this month.
