Grayville Carnegie Public Library recently issued the following announcement.
It's back! We had such fun last year that our Noon Year's Eve Party is returning. We'll read a story, play a game, make a simple craft or two, then welcome 2020 at NOON with more noise than usually heard in a library.
Please sign your child up in advance by calling 217-463-3950, emailing read@parispubliclibrary.org, or messaging the library.
