8. Consider the Resolution Appropriating funds for the payment of County Engineer Salary.

9. Consider the Federal Aid Agreement on Section # 18-00129-00-SP located on Herald Blacktop from CH 8 to IL 141 ( 12.43 miles) for 4 shoulders on high and low sides of curves, rumble strips, pavement markings and signage on curves.

10. Consider an Award & Execute contract for Section #12-04127-00-BR, Enfield, Road District.

11. Consider the appointment of Ron Wooten to the White County Board of Review for a term beginning December 1, 2019 and ending November 20, 2021.

12. Consider Resolution 2017-00112 between White County Trustees and Charles & Lisa Browning for 13-13-102 001 located at 822 7th St., Carmi, IL 62821.

13. Consider the appointment of Douglas Winter to the Randolph District #1 Drainage District for a term ending the 1st Tuesday in September, 2022.

14. Consider the appointment of Daniel L. Harris to the Granny Tweedle Levee Drainage District for a term ending the 1st Tuesday in September, 2022.

15. Consider the appointment of Richard Dosher to the Mill Shoals #3 Drainage District for a term ending the 1st Tuesday in September, 2022.
