CONSENT AGENDA;
1. Accept check # 1356 from the Hamilton County Extension foundation in the amount of $75.00 for the sale of (3) plat books. Loan balance =$4225.00
2. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of February, 2020. Salaries: $7,929.60 Fringes: $1,205.09 and Insurance: $1,003.20 Unemployment $165.21.
3. Hamilton County Coal Royalty Summary Report:
A) Recoupment Statement dated 02-19-2020 has an ending balance of $1,811.72.
4. Accept check #039178 in the amount of $4,000.00 from the City of McLeansboro per the Central Dispatching agreement.
5. Review the Hamilton County Unit #10 1% school facilities tax schedule.
6. Approve the FY 2020 first quarter claim submitted by Dr. Beth Rister, Regional Superintendent of Schools, District # 20 in the amount of $4,730.27.
7. Review / Approve the FY 2020 Relay for Life request

1. Review / Discuss / Approve: Resolution #2020-17 regarding the County Board’s membership in the Illinois State Association of Counties (ISACo).
2. A) Review /Approve Ordinance #01-2020: For Solar Energy Farm Installation in Unincorporated Hamilton County, Illinois and application request for solar farm construction permit.
3. Review / Approve Ordinance #02-2020 RE: Providing the authority and budget allocations for additional services required for internal operations of the office of State’s Attorney
