Edwards County Unit School District #1 Board of Education met March 24.

The Special Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Edwards County K-12 Atelier by President, Dale Woods. The following members were present: Lawrence Speir, Jr., Jo Rector, Jayare Buerster, Andrew Spray, Brian Mewes and Richard Wolfe (by conference call) Also present was Superintendent, David Cowger
Discussion was held regarding potential performance contract work items with Schneider Electric with possible action.
The board directed Superintendent Cowger to gather more information regarding potential HVAC work & boiler work. The board will reconvene at a later date to review the findings.
Motion was made by Brian Mewes and seconded by Andrew Spray that the Special Board Meeting be adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
Speir, Mewes, Buerster, Wolfe, Spray, Rector and Woods voted yes. Motion passes
